Shenzhen Dakunlun hardware and plastic parts limited company is established in Sep.2000, which is a private enterprise for specialized production of precision lathe, the CNC computer lathe.

With high production technology, abundance production experience, major production is to processes each kind of hardware spare parts and each kind of GB code, the non-sign screw, the nut, the rivet, arbor, axes, atomizer eccentric, atomizer nipple ,stainless steel shaft and so on.

Mainly used in the domestic electric appliances, the electronic products, the medical service mechanical, the new energy, the automobile, the motorcycle, the bicycle, the toy, the upscale decorative lighting and so on.

The production material quality includes: Copper, iron, aluminum, stainless steel, hard fluorine dragon and so on.

   The main production equipment are 68 pcs Taiwan automatic lathe, more than 33 Taiwan table lathe (the processing precision for ±0.02MM) 3 pcs of each the filature, rubs the hands tooth machine (the processing precision for ±0.03MM,), 2 pcs of special purpose milling machine( the processing precision for ±0.02MM), 2pcs of unintentionally grinding machine( the processing precision for ±0.001MM) 2 pcs of Japan imports CNC computer lathe(the processing precision for ±0.001MM) 3 pcs of computer numerical control lathe(the processing precision for ±0.005MM ) and so on, the check-out facility has three dimensions, two dimensions, the salt mist measures the testing, the sclerometer, pulls the push-pull force testing, the torque dynamometer, the micrometer, the pin gage and so on.
  Over so many year endeavors of our Company, we have already developed into a quite strength middle scale enterprise,  with an  abundant technical force .

   We have working staff ( 130 people), in which technical personnel 13 people, the quality personnel 22 people, the administrative personnel 19 people, in October, 2007 obtains the ISO9001:2008 version management system authentication.
